Make sure that you purchased the product from TRC and it is covered by a manufactures warranty.

Click on the PDF link below and print out an RA form. Fill it out and fax it back to us 714.685-7800.

A customer service representative will call you with an RA number. Write this number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to us.

It’s really that simple!
